DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE HORRIBLE AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT ANYHTING BUT HOW MUCH MONEY THEY'RE MAKING. READ THE REVIEWS UNDER PHILADELPHIA UNDER WOODWARD PROPERTIES. 27 BAD REVIEWS!!!!! BEWARE!!!!!
