Were do I start, If you want to live in a place that does not care about anything but how the outside looks you found your place. One tenant that lives here had to live with the sink bungie corded for over six months, the pool does not have a person who knows how to put chemicals in the pool, the cleaning lady does not clean she sits at residents apartment for three hours a day, she never has cleanded the laundry rooms or the hallways, the walls are falling down because the roof needs fixed, get this they just put in a swing set in the pool area how are the kids to play on it, Woodward are so tight with there money they would not buy any new frigs, stoves, dishwasher the staff takes the stuff out of there apartments to replace things in others units, The idot handy man Spray paints the apartments with a can not a brush or roller, Does this sound good to you, he leave a 3,000 mower in the parking lot so he could store his cycle. they have this guy who appears once a week I think his name is tony he is a joke he just walks around with his thumb up his ass acting like he is gonna make this place better well the only thing that would make this better is a new owner with very deep pockets, Tony gives Italians a very bad name. He has finaly made Conestoga West look like inner city phila. They can not even get outside contractors to work on this place becasue they never pay the bills the ones who do work want out so bad, when the ac brakes tony brings up window units that have to be borded into the window with ply wood. Some thing is wrong with this picture I could go on for days but I think you get the picture if you are looking for an aparment or have a friend who is looking pass this on....
