i lived there for about 3.5 to 4 years and holy crap did it suck....my dishwaser broke twice, garbage desposile broke 4 times... bathroom floor had to me replaced....neighbors were 50/50...some neighbors were really nice....but the neighbors kids and some neighbors were loud and out of control....the pool holy hell...what a nightmare....the DEPT. OF HEALTH came down and closed it thats how nasty it was...the maint. staff took forever just to come around and fix the problem...the playground was old as hell....hell someone was swinging on it and the swing broke...the parking lot forget about it....someones car was stolen lets just leave it at that.....Just stay away from the place it blows.

you think after all that im reading, the landlord would try to do better if he/she is then great if not then that is sad i hope every one leaves that place and they go bankrupt. but any ways i hope the best for every body living there. maybe someone should get the authorities on the landlord.
