Stone Mill Station Apts

I am moving into Stone Mill Station in a couple of weeks. Has anyone moved in there since they changed names and the new management company took over 1 1/2 years ago' I just called the Manor Township Police and they said they receive a lot of noise complaints. How are things since they were remodeled and new management has taken over' Is it a safe area' Any information would help.
