I very surprised to hear the negative comments that were addressed towards Sweetbriar Apartments. I have lived at Sweetbriar for 13 years and feel like it is a great place to live, and I think my neighbors would agree. Management and maintenance have always been extreemly helpful and caring. They have always responded to all of my requests. I also find it hard to beleive that the office staff has not been helpful, I have always found this to be the opposite for me. I am always treated with respect and always get friendly and prompt service. I know there always 2 sides to every story, but I think Sweetbriar is a great place to live and would refer anyone!

Review from Anonymous, may not be genuine. I am sorry to comment like this. I have a very bad experience of Sweetbriar management. They never return your Security, and that too if you are a foreigner. I have been cheated at Lancaster and management never responded my mail nor sent my security money.
