No Heat or Hot Water, Horrible Management

The management here is horrible. There is never anyone in the office during office hours, and problems are never taken care of in a timely manner, if at all. My heat has been not working since October, and it is now December and still not fixed. The hot water is also not working correctly during this time. The trash is always overflowing, and the tenants above me are always up at all hours of the night blasting music. There have been numerous other problems, but bottom line, no one should have to live in these conditions during the winter, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

It is indeed horrible management. They cheat the dollers from foreigners, by not paying the security money
