I haven't had any major problems. The complex has been very safe thus far. (knock on wood) Noise is not a problem, but then again, i am on the top floor. the neighbors are very friendly. children do vandalize stop signs and run around, so you have to watch when u drive, but thats anywhere. the management isn't terrible, but isnt anything to brag about. when i first moved in in july, they were very prompt with my maint. requests. but lately they havent responded to my maint. requests. The community washer/dryers are expensive and flood the washroom. the apartments are expensive, so i will not stay here when my lease is up because of this reason alone. if the rent was cheaper, i would stay.
