WHen i moved in my apartment was in terrible condition, paint everywhere, the bathroom was covered in mildew...it took a lot of nagging to get the office people to even come out and see what i was talking about. The rent is pretty steap for a place as old as this one.
THe people in the office are eager to get you to sign a lease but disappear if there are any problems!
