I agree, Jennifer needed to get out of there. I met with Melissa and the new staff and they are wonderful. They are really trying to put everything to the way it should be. It will take some time, but hang in there folks after how they handled my problems - things look great. I also noticed and questioned the fact that the maintenance supervisor has a new staff too. They seem very friendly, and Jimmy is so easy to work with. I have dealt with him on a few occassions, and he is really good too.
