I have never seen anything like it. I would suggest living next to a prison. Anyone who would like to know what really goes on at this place contact the Lancaster Police and ask how many break-ins they have, how many cars have been stolen, how many drug dealers that are known live there. Oh yeah go take a look at the great model apartment and than go look at what they really want to give you. Cabinets falling off the walls, neighbors that can't understand anything you say, I would rather spend a year in a federal prison, because that is what it would be like if you reside in this dump. I had mold problems for months, Windows are as old as property, nothing but air leaks all over. The best thing about the entire community is the fact that Melissa Good is involved. Her managers should do the woman a favor and get her out of there. Every person that I have ever spoke with has had nothing but Mntnc problems. No one ever answers the phone, residents are always at the office screaming about the apt's and the problems. I even had my car hit several times but guess what not one person would fess up, don't get me wrong there are some nice people but for the majority of them they were all ignorant, loud, dirty,don't even get me started with the cleanliness of the buildings. Always trashed. The damn hallways have been ripped apart for months from a flood and still not fixed.
