This place is a dump. My apartment was covered in mold. Maintenance never fixed ANYTHING. There was mold growing on my walls - turning them yellowish green (it was embarassing). It turns out the people that lived there before had a MASSIVE flood and they didn't let us know anything about it- even though the wood in the apartment was rotting. They promised us so much stuff when we moved in and we never got it. The property manager and some maintenance guys were arrested because they were selling the new vanities (the one's that we were promised but never got) on the street. You can't sleep because people are blasting their car radios at 4:00am. My roomate's tires were slashed. And to top it off my apartment was haunted. ( I spoke to numerous others that lived here saying the same thing). The new property manager (Michelle) does nothing but sit on her fat ass all day long. The other 2 girls are bi#$hes. Whoever wrote the ratings that Lancaster Green is "great"
is obviously mentally insane or probably works at Lancaster Green. So do yourself a favor STAY AWAY.....
