This place can be described in one word ,HORRIBLE. The office staff is very rude, snippy and they are always right and you are wrong. When we moved in, we were told that it had new windows and was very easy to heat and that it also had a bathroom fan, which it does not because of concrete ceilings and the electric was $184 last month for just a little one bedroom. The mold grows so fast in all the windows and also the bathroom it is hard to keep up with even with bleech. The management will suck every last dime from your pocket and really just wants you to shut up and pay the rent. You would also greatly benefit from having a bike while living here because parking can sometimes be nearly impossible. The people that live in my building are very disrespectful and the entire complex is very loud. Trash covers every corner of the complex and people drive crazy fast and never pay attention, I personally would be very worried about having kids around here. To say the very least, my wife and I are breaking our lease with the slum lords of Lancaster Greens and moving out, So, if you don't believe these words of wisdom, come on over and sign up and I will be reading your little review about this place within six months on this very website and I hope for you that it's a better experience . Maybe you've heard that old saying that "You can polish and shine a terd, but its still going to be a terd" and in this place that saying isn't far from the truth. Good Luck and Be Smart.

I just moved out of here on the 16th of June and have to say that everything that has been written is 100% true. Money is the only concern here.

I don't know wich part you live in but they fix everything for me in a timely fashion and i have no issues with noise trash or parking .. i love it here and will continue my lease and my electric bill is only sixty a month so what are you useing that is eating so much eletric. i keep every light in my house on all the time and my ac on 24/7. Also maybe they are all about money with you cause you didn't pay your rent. You have to remember this is a buisness and where else are you going to find a good place to live that is this cheap and out of the city. So good luck. Im happy you moved cause now i can get my friends a place to live .
