Since I do have animals and it is one of the cheapest places to live I feel kinda stuck here,not choosing to be here!!! You can't even imagine how many times the power and water have been shut off. There is sewage leeking into the ground on the side of my building. I've never paid under $120.00 for electric. I don't understand how home owners with families don't even pay that much.Things are never fixed right. The rent keeps going up but upgrades are not being made. You can watch the cold breeze comming through your CLOSED windows. I had my heat turned up to 75 degrees all winter and it is still cold in my one bedroom apartment. I almost got attacked on morning walking my dog. In the day light! Thank god for mase!! Once some pipe under the steps to the main entrance of my building. There was human poop and toilet water spouting into to air,and flowing down the parking lot. Imagine that smell. The office staff must have graduated from A**holes R US. They are rude, they all tell you something different. But in the end the tenant is wrong any way. The manager does nothing but sits on her fat butt. They let anyone move in here. I even seen on the internet that we now have some child predetors in the apartments. Watch out for your kids. The balcony doors never stay on track and they are another source for cold air. They also don't have handles to open them. Oh,and there is trash every where. The bath tubs are moldy and all they did to upgrade is put white spray paint over the old nasty tubs! I could go on and on. I will be out of here next year even if I have to work my self to the bone! I HATE this place.
