My boyfriend and I have lived in a 1 br 1 bath for about 6 months. I was apprehensive to move here because of reviews, but honestly I love it here. Everyone comments on how nice our complex is, and I love the fact that I am allowed to paint and decorate which is not common in complexes. I feel very safe here, and have had no issues with any of my neighbors. I have a lot of space in my apartment which includes a living room, large kitchen and dining area as well as hall walk-in closet, small towel closet and 2 bedroom closets. I have had minor maintenance issues, but any problems have been fixed within 24 hrs. We have brand new carpet that was installed literally the day before we moved in. The only thing that I do not like about living here is the $35/mth pet fee for my cat.
