My girlfriend and I just moved from here. We lived here for three years. This place is horrible! It has roaches, people always fighting with each other. My gilrfriend had to call the cops on our neighbors all the time for them beating each other up.One night I came home and two guys started shooting at each other.The management is the worst here. They try to extort money out of people for damages done by other people and then try to blame it on your children. If you leave your rent payment in their mail slot it will mysteriously disappear leaving you with cancel checks. When we moved in we asked them about changing the carpets because they looked stained and they told us they replace them every 7years. We notified them that we were not re-newing our lease and now again mysteriously they can't find our letter. I would never recommend this apartment complex if it was the last in this world. I rather live in the ghetto before living there again.
