A Very Nice Place To Live

We lived, with absolute satisfaction, in one of the two bedroom townhouses here for two years prior to relocating to Hawaii for approximately a year. When we knew we were returning to this area again, we had absolutely no doubts that we wanted to return to the Village of Olde Hickory. This time we selected a three bedroom townhouse. All of these types of units are at the ends of connected townhouses (6 to 8 in a cluster)and usually afford a little more privacy. The sound conditioning between connected units is very good. Although the development is over 30 years old, the management has updated the interiors. The original basic construction appears to still be sound enough to preclude high utility bills, and the development switched from electric to natural gas for heating about three years ago (a real plus). A particular positive for this development is the service provided by the office and maintenance staff. They are friendly, attentive, respond quickly, and solve problems. All in all, we would recommend this development with no reservations.
