I currently live in this community, and it is horrible. The maintenance staff is terrible, we had a complaint and they wouldnt come fix it. I want out of here so bad I though about breaking the lease. The other thing is our neighbors are scary. It looks nice from the outside, but once you are in here, its awful. Save yourself and dont live here. The office staff also is terrible. Ive never met people more stuck up.

I've lived here in this community for 6 years, and coming from a city and neighborhood in which i lived this is Heaven. I've never had a problem with crime, noise, the staff has always been wonderful, not the first set of Management..they have changed a couple times, and this new set of staff are the best. I'm moving this year out of state, and if for any reason i had to return to Lancaster i would gladly come back to Sterling Place. Some tanants you just can't satisfy no matter what, My son has had a wonderful experience living here, a big positive change from Philly. I think you will love it. And the landscape is Beautiful, don't listen to the ignorant people who leave nagative responses. I'm grateful to have had a wonderful, and safe enviroment for me and my son. Choose Sterling Place and ( DO YOU!!!).

Lol... my ex boyfriend who turned out to be a drug dealer used to get his hair braided by somone that lived there and most of his clients also lived there! You could not pay me to even drive through this place... lol way to bring to ghetto to the country!
