I own a town-home down the street, and I can hear the loud music!! The kids stand in the middle of the street and don't move, they just stare you down like they own the place. Not only is it a ghetto, but it is becoming so notorious for crime and tenant complaints that it is bringing our ( home owners) property value!! The management are low class scum suckers who would sell their first born for a buck. PS- for such a low class establishment, I can't understand why the staff try and act so stuck up, LOL, can you say "LOSERS"!! You can see there handy work with any positive review on here, LOL!! Ask any current or previous tenant, it's a scum hole!!
Here are the items that should be discussed with you at the walk-thru>>>>
Tenants NEVER shut off music....
Tenants scare the crap out of you....
Management disappear after contract is signed....
Area is being destroyed but low-income high crime....
Rent is priced too high for a ghetto....
You have to worry all the time about your safety....
The units look pretty outside, but looks are deceiving.... (cheap contracting work)
Maintenance is slow (from what I hear) and is done very sloppy....
Management are stuck up and hang up on you when you call....
We (Home-owners) insisted on a daily police drive through....
ON AND ON AND ON >>>>
Sorry this review is so long but these are the rantings of a PISSED homeowner whose property value is going down and piece of mind is as well!! THERE WAS A SHOOTING IN THE APARTMENTS A FEW MONTHS AGO!! GHETTO!!
PLEASE DON'T RENT HERE!! THE ONLY WAY THEY WILL STOP AND CLEAN UP THEIR ACT IS IF YOU MAKE THEM!!

I totally agree with your post. I had that problem with management there before. The problem is management is runned by young people (well used to be when I lived there anyways). They always did think they were stuck up. Don't waste your money and find something else alot nicer and more safer for you children. This place is NOT the place to live with children.

I have lived here for two years and have not had any problems with the office staff. they have been very helpful and have cleaned up the community. when I came the staff was all new. They hold monthly activites for the residents. I would say if you want a nice place to live that does have kids, move here

This place is so dangerous. They're people fighting(adults)all the time. My friend lived there and had problems with her children being harrassed all the time. There was even a fire started in her back yard! If you don't believe these posts then go ahead and drive by on a nice sunny day. But be careful, the kids will not move out of the way for you. The management will only listen to tenents they like and won't care about reasoning. This place is terrible and not worth the money.

my response to a good place to live must be management posting it because i have not heard one good thing from any tenant that was good or anyone living around there so i dont think a tenant wrote that if so please see a phycrists.
