all you poeple complaining on here sound like a bunch of suckers with no life..sterling place seems like a ball park compared to living in new york city.. if these complants on here are all you poeple got to say then your in heaven.. come to brooklyn,or the bronx..and i'll show you what i had to put up with.. gangs hanging out in front of your door, bums asking you for money.and may be you'll get robbed at the next corner.hearing gun shoots, is like music to me..
so if you think these staements scare anybody to move into sterling place try again.get a life.I soon will be living in sterling place and it's heaven compared to where you hillbillys,and wa-na-bys will never see.for all you suckers with bad comments get a job and a life.

this is for the newyorker that thinks he found heaven in sterling place.....when going to NY all of the things you said are expected. Not here. Not in Lancaster.You are probably one of the people that plays music for the whole neighborhood, have your kids running around snotty, barefooted and stealing other residents stuff from their property. You're right! we shouldn'tcomplaint. We should just move out find a desent place to raise our kids in and leave the people like your self that feel right at home in "slummhood at Sterling PLace" gun shots are music to your ears???? yup! you'll fit right in.
