Waterford at Sterling Place is a wonderful community to live in. I have lived here for several years and never had a bad experience and would and have recommeded this community to serveral people. The staff are truly professional and atentive to your needs. I payed my rent every month for years and never had a problem..the people that complain are the people who are miserable, and anywhere they would live would not be good enough for them. I recommend this community it's a wonderful place to call home.

The person who wrote this is either management or on drugs!!This place is dirty,unresponsive to resident needs, and totally unable to control the quality(or lack of!) residents who are accepted to live there.Stay away if you can!!

What waterford@sterling place did you live in i am sure it is not the one in lancaster pa if it is you must be use to living in the getto or slums

I continue to live @ sterling pl. because i can't afford to move. I have been here for years. NO!!!, this not a area to raise well ajusted children. No respect from children or there parents. one house could have up to 5 vehicles parked out front,so no parking in front of your own home. drug dealing is a problem, destrution of property.(so don't have a nice vehicle.}kids and teens hang out on porches of other residents. the noise is the worst.( kids 6-upper teens )running around area yelling all hours of the night, not to mention car stereos loud all day long. The only people that would enjoy this place would be drug dealers and the kind of person that don't care about there community. I would not,will not recommand living here to anybody. Anyone looking to live here, come look at the place at night on weekends..BE WARNED!!!!
