I was so happy when i saw my new apt at waterford@sterling place geez did i get a surprise they show you a newly painted carpeted apt. yours will be just like it is that ever funny because when i moved in mine the carpet had burned holes in it the bathroom floor was so stained it was black i tried everything on it but couldnt get the dtain out sink had big chip out of the ceremic kitchen cabinets had so much greese on them it took me a bottle of grease lightening to get them clean the pain was falling of the cabinets the doors were so filthy they handnt been vleaned in yearsssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss and yearssssssssssssssssssssssssssss i finally did get them to paint the front door but when i ask about the carpeting i was told i lived in low income and had to expect that i lived there almost two years what a miserable two years and no trouble ther except a drug bust across from the office 238,000 of coke is this the enviorment you want your child raised in and noise was tremendous i dont know how anyone with any decie about themselves can live in a place like this we moved out on the 23 of feb. this year and i am so happy in my new home in grove city ohio where i pay a hundredollars less per month and have a nice two bedroom apt.paying the same utilities i did in the ghetto and before i leave you with this great review i just want to tell you about the great office people who take three hours for lunch the maintance men that are two busy doing garbage to fix anything and the attitude is well leaves a lot to be desired they will also keep your pet deposit for cleaning the apt which is illegal so we are going after them for it if it takes forever dont let them get away with anything
