I have lived here for all of 6 months, the townhouses are said to be renovated, yes by painting over painted molding for 30 years worth, paint chipped off, they paint over it.Very Bland Looking, white walls, beige cheap carpet, the sample town house We were shown was Beautiful,and you are not "allowed" to view any other Townhouses/apts, the reason' They are smaller than the one they show you! Close but not the same at all! Never any heat. Hot water or A/C you have to fight with the office to come and fix it. They are up for sale a third time in 4 months.The only GREAT thing in this complex is one of the office employees, Tina Hall, this girl goes out of her way to help, but she can only ask the management to do their job, and they don't!

Yes they are pet friendly which is Terrific but most of the tennants let their dogs run around and mess on your little back porch!

The walls were "shaved" wherever there were patches, instead of sanding, they dug them out so there are gullies in all the walls, and then painted over! Carpet extremely cheap and stapeled down.Also the walls are SO thin you can Hear everything, and I MEAN EVERYTHING! AND BUGS,tons of BUGS, they come once a week, but it never helps. I would never tell anyone this is a good place to live.EVER!!! can't wait for my lease to be up so I can move!!!

Wheatland Hills does not have "sample townhouses". There is only a decorated model of the 1 Bedroom Garden & the 2 Bedroom Standard. We are not sure where the "sample" townhouse came from. The walls are painted an eggshell color which is a neutral color & used in every apartment. Along with the neutral beige carpet. Thousands of dollars were spent on the renovations, including a new pool, gym & clubhouse. Super fancy over-expensive materials were not used; good quality ones were. This was to avoid having to raise the rent prices. Bugs are a seasonal problem, which we offer free pest service to correct. We are very sorry that someone had such a bad experience here that they would not recommend us. We do take the comments to heart & try to improve our service. :)

I can't believe that wheatland30 user is squibbling about the difference between a "sample" townhouse and a model. I think we all know darn well the original poster meant model. I would not rent here, the manager seems to have an attitude. That Tina sounds nice but probably got a better job by now!
