I have a townhouse, and I do love it, but my only complaint would be the cost. The area is great, neighbors are friendly, minimal maintenance problems (bugs once, but was immediately taken care of), which are always fixed promptly. $300 non-refundable pet deposit is a little steep ( $25/mo. for pet), so we are paying $910/mo. for two bedrooms.

Townhomes are $815 (non-remodeled) & $870 (remodeled). If they moved in before 4/1/06, the pet deposit was $300 REFUNDABLE. Now, with new management, the pet deposit in $250 Non-Refundable. Please feel free to call the office at (717) 393-3929 with any questions. Have a great day!
