When I first decided to move into this complex I thought it was worth the higher cost for an apartment because it looked clean and well kept. The apartment I rented was newly remodeled so it looked great. Only problem is everything they use is so cheap the place practically falls apart after a couple months. The carpet is so cheap it's frayed and thinned after a couple months. The building has actually "shifted" or something because you can now see the hall way walls bulging and other walls bowing and the archways are now crooked - our refrigerator is now actually sitting lopsided because the floor in the kitchen is starting to slope to the right'''' SCARY! All of the closet doors are on aluminum tracks that are EXTREMELY cheap and have bowed with regular use so that the doors constantly come off their tracks. The knobs on the doors are so cheap they keep coming unscrewed. After closer inspection of the paint job after we moved in we noticed that they simply used white spray paint to paint over spots on the walls. There are bugs. The washer and dryers constantly malfunction, break or eat your change. Our apartment also was not as nice as the model we were shown. We we moved in we were impressed with the nice community room they touted as being there for the residents to enjoy - you could use it with just a $100 refundable deposit - then ownership changed for the first of 3 times in 1 year - it now requires a $300 cash or money order deposit to reserve and they KEEP $100 of that as a fee for using it!!'' It's really just for show when they are trying to get new renters apparently because who would pay $100 to use it' We got swipe cards for the gym - they don't work... The only good things about this place is they are pet friendly and they do have a very nice pool - - that's just not worth the rest of it- oh the management is not "customer oriented" either -
Overall - you can find much much better for much less $$. I almost forgot: Immediately after we moved in both of our cars were broken into and stereo equipment was stolen - how's that for safe'

I've used the gym many times and have never paid a fee. The one time my heater did break, it was fixed less than an hour after I called. I've never had anything but great service from this place.
