This place had its good points and bad. Apartment/community was decent for the price, the fitness center and pool were pretty good. The neighbors were pretty loud and annoying sometimes, but that's apartment life.

Now for the bad. With one very nice girl being the exception, the management/office staff there are extremely rude and incompetent: they pretend as though the terms of your lease don't apply to them, and when a serious problem comes up, they completely drop the ball.

Case in point: I was kept out of my bedroom for nearly a month due to a roof leak and the resulting ceiling mold. It took them that long just to finally get someone to patch the ceiling, and all they did was paint over the stains, instead of doing the repair properly and replacing the damaged areas. Worse, they refused to fully reimburse me for the unusable space, for reasons they wouldn't even justify, so I had to report them to the consumer protection authorities to get my money back. Unbelievable.

If it weren't for that infuriating experience, which they never even bothered to apologize for, I would probably have rated them about average.

To top it all off, they've been bought out yet again, so now 3 companies have run this place since the beginning of 2006. It's pretty obvious that it's time to get out. I'm quite glad I did. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
