My husband, two year old daughter and I moved here in September. It is decent. Whoever painted the townhouse that we are in didn't do a very good job and used really cheap paint. My daughter likes to color on the walls (while my back is turned of course) and when I go to wash it off some of the paint comes off with it! The water is shut off a lot, sometimes without warning. The walls are also very thin. This isn't Wheatland Hills' fault but one of our neighbors are a bit of pain. They play loud music and our neighbors on the other side of us told us that they were sitting on one of our cars! I also think the living room, dining room and kitchen are small. The bedrooms are decent sized though. I've never really had a problem with the people in the office except that they keep sending me letters saying I'm not cleaning up after my dog. We most certainly clean up after our dog and it is extremely irritating that they are accusing us when they have no proof. All in all, I don't think we are going to be renewing our lease.
