Its bad to say but I hate this place. I felt so snowballed after I signed my lease. The police, that is so true they are a permanent fixture of this place. The girls in the office are really rude, Dont try to make a complaint. To many of those and they will find a way to kick you out. They really do try to paint a pretty picture of this place. If you want to move here ride through at night after the office closes, thats when you see the real wheatland hills.

Some aspects of this review are not true. I am not part of the office but a renter. I have lived here for 2 years. True that the office can be hard to work with. But I do know that I have been helped several times when my rent is late. The folks at the office are firm but understandable. As for the grounds, York Estate Services keeps the lawns in this place pristine. They mow the grass Tue and Thurs. As for police, I still need to see a police officer on the grounds after the office closes. I have never noticed a police car in this development in 2 years. As for safety, no problem. I have great neighbors. Maintenance is a little slow, but gets the job done. However if you don't or can't pay your rent, your kicked out. Refer me developments were you can live for free and I'll move there. Rent is a little expensive, but in 2 years, I really had no complaints.
