This seems UNUSUALLY positive, and I'm thinking that this "Anonymous posting (done EXACTLY a month after the previous "glowing" recommendation) is by a STAFF MEMBER AT WINDSOR --

what about snow removal and salting of the property, as of yet have not seen this done extremely unsafe.. they are asking for a lawsuit. if someone slips and falls on ice or has a car accident on property due to neglect to properly salt. so far there has been 2 car accidents where someones car has plowed thru the wooden rail very dangerous, lucky no one has died yet.

Maybe if the staff wasn't so busy writing their own reviews, they could've had the property properly salted. I'd bet there is a caveat in your lease somewhere that doesn't hold them liable, every probelem I've ever had they pointed out some addendum on my lease that was conveniently never pointed out to me that says they aren't responsible.
