Nice Place - My husband and I moved here when our house became too much of a burden and have been very happy so far. The community has a very close knit neighborhood feel. Not Recommended The neighbors are friendly but you can hear everything! My neighbors who live above me have a dog and I can hear it running back and forth ALL the time. I can also hear them talking, walking, using the bathroom...The parking is horrendous! They do not have nearly enough

Good to Live in Middletown Trace I stayed in Middletown Trace Apartments for almost 3 years and did not find any Issue with either the Management/Neighbours. We enzoyed our stay there and prefer to go back if I get a Job near by. Management is good and attend any maintanance calls immediately.

Cons:
-A/C is a joke. A/C cannot keep apartment below 84 degrees during the day. (blinds drawn, electronics off)

Look elsewhere Noisy, outdated, bug infested, management is not helpful, snow removal and landscaping is horrible given how much the rent is, dryer vents into the apartment making it dusty and hot. Look elsewhere to live. I know I will once my lease is up.
