I moved here in 2003 and it was the worst mistake of my life. The A/C has never worked after repeated requests to management. I had to rent a hotel room for five days in July 03 because of fear of heat stroke.

Then the rodents. I have an immaculate apartment, meaning I don't cook, but I have had to kill ten mice in the last month. I thought winter would have gotten rid of them, but the situation has only worsened.

Then the car accidents. In the last five months, there have been six auto accidents along Broad Street(my apartment faces broad street) after 12AM. The noise from the crashes and the ensuing ambulance/police sirens have made sleeping difficult during those six incidents.

IT'S NOT WORTH IT, I WOULD HAVE GLADLY PAID MORE MONEY, IN FACT I'M MOVING IN MAY 04 WHEN MY LEASE IS UP TO AN APARTMENT COMPLEX IN KING OF PRUSSIA. BEWARE OF BROOKSIDE
