Now that we are gone and out of brookside we are extemely happy. We are not iditos. We are stating true and accurate facts of what happened. We also have all the records of how many times that they had to come out to fix our a/c. Hey if you dont mind having you a/c having to be fixed 8 times than my all means move right in. I had thought that the place was ok at first, but that all changed. And if you would like to believe that post that says you should live here, by all means go ahead, and move there, and see how crappy it really is. I know a lot of places are going to have problems. But with all the hell we were put through, I feel it curtious to warn people about living there. They also like to reuse things over and over. The carpets was junk. It was old and crappy and all they did to fix problem areas was to just replace small sections. Come on now they have a way to rig up everything there. Thats why you must constantly call to have them repeatidly come fix something. They are too cheap to fix it right the first time. Maybe that one person got lucky and there place is ok. If you do go to see Brookside ask them if is normal practice for them to have to come out 8 times and try and fix it before they determine that they need to install a new a/c. MAKE sure you ask for a copy of the terms and conditions before you move in. It is the most absurd lease I have ever seen. The back part of the complex is very poorly lit at night. If you like to go out at night than this isnt the place to do it. I did have a dog while I was living there and they did have poop station setup around the complex with poopie bags(I may ad) and many(not saying all) people did not pickup after there dog. Comeon people is it that hard to pickup poop, if your that lazy they you should not have a dog. If for some reason you do move into that horrific place, rest easy the lease is only one year.

Well, obviously you are an idiot. You have so many typos in your comment section, that it is amazing that anyone, including myself, took the time to read what you had to say. Check your work before hitting that submit button. Or were you too busy looking for a spell check.

Agreed, this place sucks. Was ok at first. Seems like after you've been here for a few months you go on an ignore list.
