I moved in as a quick solution to finding a place. First, so expensive for what you actually get. The area is right near the mall, and recently, they have had many break ins. Hello, add bolt locks! The locks on the doors are very old and cheap, only on the handle. If you have anything bigger then a yugo, you can't turn your car around in the lots, building are too close to each other. The water was not that great for pressure (they used the wrong kind of piping in the bathroom), and the heat/air made loud noises. They kept raising and raising my rent, and then I was on day late, oh man, all heck broke lose. They got their late fees, but it forced me to look elsewhere. The day I left, they had a big pile of keys. Maintenance was very careless, they used washers to fix the stove, EVERYTHING is so rigged! Also, the stove is gas, and the way the ducts are they blow right on the gas stove blowing the pilot out. The result was I smelled gas all the time. The apliances are from 1945. Look elsewhere, trust me. I didn't have a problem with the managment, except when they were a stickler about me being one day late. I was ready to go head to head about it, but they pointed out some fine print to shut me up. Oh well, they got their late fees! There were also animals that lived in the walls and vents. (seems like a health hazzard to me). I should have argued that the rodents (they could have been squirels, I don't know what they were) were living in my walls, so they should be paying rent too. I moved, and I can't tell you how happy I am now.
