Going to the dogs & moving on

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2005
 
The fill rate was slipping last year and they since allowed pets in to try and fill vacancies.

While I sympathize with pet owns, lately I've had an automatice 4AM alarm clock.

Beside the above getting maintenace to fix things has been tough the past 2 year.
