I was considering Brookside for a temporary move but after reading the comments I'm staying clear of the place. The Yes comments sound suspiciously like they were written by the management company not by tenants. If so many people complained about maintenance issues I conclude that they are being truthful since the comments spread out over a few years and they all detail negative experiences with the way Brookside treats its renters. Thanks for the heads-up.
