Having lived here for nearly 4 years, I thought I saw it all. A few days ago I think I did.

Maintenance people were working in a sample unit behind the leasing office. One of the workers was spray painting a wrought iron railing on the sidewalk.

While painting a railing on the sidewalk is no big deal, the white cloud that was driftng towards the cars in the parking lot was.

After moving my car just as the cloud was approaching my car I mentioned to the person that his overspray was going towards the cars. His reaction was a blank stare, turned and continued to spray his railing.

These are the people we trust enter our aparments and work on issues like gas furnaces & gas water heaters'

While some of the workers are ok, the biggest propblem is with Jim the manager.
