I am a former resident and stumbled across this website looking for soemthing else. Anyway, this is great, I can air my grievances. STAY AWAY. The new management is awful. She was on maternity leave and it was as if she never left. Nothing was done and no one was there to take any complaints. I miss Alan. He was great.
Maintenance sucks whether it's a big job or a small one. While I understand that other people live in the complex, they are still too slow to get anything done right.
The grounds keeper, Floyd, is a joke and a little sinister. He is nosey and has no problem telling you someone elses business. He can tell you what's going on with your neighbors, but can't tell you why they can't grow grass. Hmmmm.
They must have lowered their standards because now they have 50 million kids running around between cars, in the street, and on your lawn, making all kinds of noise. I swear insurance or no insurance, to be able to hit one of those pain in the ass kids would be have been a blessing. Alan would have been on that issue ASAP. This new "chick" does nothing. I have had issues with them regarding my rent and maitenance, I was glad to go.
For the amount of money you pay (and trust me the rent rises), you do not get your money's worth.
Why they changed the colors to burgundy, green, and black will always haunt me. How depressing is that. The mere look of the property looks great at the beginning, but after a year or so, it begins to look like the projects, only a smidge better since you have a resemblance grass.
