We rented a townhouse as the lease had a homebuyers get out clause. The bedrooms are well sized as is the living room. Kitchen is small and out-dated (60's style metal cabinets!) though you can request an upgraded kitchen for an increased rent charge - we didn't bother as it was tempory for us. Maintenance was responsive and we had to call them many times due to the pilot light going out on the heating (which is noisy) and eventually they replaced the unit. Mok in maintenance is very helpful. We had a problem with mice - we caught six in a four week period over Christmas - they get in through the gap by the gas pipe. Parking is adequate even with two cars though the lighting in the carpark is very poor - especially around the dumpsters. Snow plowing was OK but they never plowed when the cars were gone so there was always ice and snow between the spaces. We did get a note regarding the "frozen pipe time again" which was ridiculous - improve your insulation. We also found that when having showers the bath faucet also was flowing therefore you ran out of hot water quickly. The decor in the bathrooms is antiquated as well - solid yellow / blue tiles with the floor tiles being one inch squares that buckled at the walls / tub. The childrens play area was poorly maintained and some of the equipment broken and a danger hazard. We never had any problems with the management company though reading back over my own comments I probably wouldn't rent there again unless it was in one of the upgraded units. Very good location though.

About sums it up. Moved in no being real impressed with things. So far it's been so so & we'll only be hear for 2 years or so MAX!. Insulation sucks. We got major drafts in our townhouse along with frozen pipes or letting the hot water run in winter, which sucks.
