While there have been some office changes

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
 
It's still a pipe freezing place in the winter and hot in the summer.

Isulation is an issue from what I've seen in my attic.

The bottom line it's still a Morgan property of which the head office doen't respond to your complaints.
