You do not want to rent this apartment. The foundation is very bad and WATER gets into your townhomes through under the carpet. Anything I put downstairs in my aprtment get spoil EVERYTIME it rains. Its the worst townhome EVER. All they could do is dry the carpet and as soon as it rains again, water gets in my apartment. That's not all, centipede gets into the apartment. If you kill 2 insect today you will see 4 tomorrow. The bathroom wall as water behind the wall and the tiles on the wall falls one by one. If you are not careful, the closet door can fall on either you or your kids head. This apartment needs serious renovation. Thanks God am leaving. I struggle to let my lease be over so that I can ran out of the place.

I feel your pain. Have issues with bugs coming into our townhoue when it rains too.
