I've lived here for 2 years. I think my townhome is a very nice one. There is a washer and dryer right in the house, and the little patio outside. I really like it here. It is uber expensive though. But the bedrooms and livingroom are all a nice size, and there is a lot of closet space. The parking absolutely sucks. It seems the only way you can find a spot is if you park your car in the middle of the day and do not move it. Also it seems that the gas and electric bills are an average of what the whole building is using. My roommate and I cannot afford to be air conditioning our house all the time, so we turn it off, yet our electric bill is enormous all the time. We had a problem with our heater this past winter. They eventually had to replace something. But the maintenance men came over every single day until they finally fixed the problem. We had some issues with the management screwing up our gas bill, and taking the wrong amounts out of our accounts to pay the rent. That was annoying. and the heat and AC don't circulate through the whole house too well. It is always hot upstairs and cold downstairs all year long. It makes no sense. But we had new carpet when we moved in, and freshly painted walls. Overall it is a nice place. I think you will come accross all these little inconveniences no matter where you rent. The only solution would be to just buy your own place.

Seems like a lot of complaining for a yes recomendation. My lease expires this fall and I'm out.
