We lived here for a year and bought a house. It was quiet and we had really nice neighbors. The apartment was big and had a great view of the brook which was great in the summer. No problems with maintanence; they fixed evrything quickly. Nice people worked there. We would recommend to anyone looking for a nice place in Lansdale
