Not the best, not the worst, too much for what you get

They're nice, but they're nothing special, and you can get a LOT more for your money at other local places. It's Morgan Properties. We made the mistake of renting from Morgan twice. We won't be staying past our present lease; these places just cost too much, and I swear they have our gas linked in with other people's -- we haven't used the heat in 2 months, and our gas bill hasn't changed! Parking is a COMPLETE nightmare, we are often without spaces for 2 cars, and everyone here has two cars.
