I've been here for four years and never really had too many issues with the place. The apartment is OK, a 1 bedroom delux, nothing spectacular or anything, and definitely nothing like the model that they show you, but it's OK. The main issue I have with this place, or management company, is that they like to raise the rent ridiculously high every year, and now if you renew your lease, they are starting to tack on the trash and water also. Note - the apartments and townhomes do not have they're own meters, so you could end up paying for someone else's water use. Now, my apartment is a nice size, but there are cracks all over the walls and ceilings, nothing has ever been upgraded in several years, no washer/dryer, the cheapest carpet ever, all work done like painting and stuff is done very half-ass, and the rent has just skyrocketed. It is really not worth the price they want you to pay. There are many other issues with the place. The skyrocketing rent is the real reason I'm getting out of here. But in the 4 years I've been here, the place is getting a little ghetto-like. Currently it is down to about 30% vacancy. Maybe that should tell you something.

I think you better get your facts correct on the vacancy, whether it was in the summer or right now that is not true. I live there too and know for a fact what the occupancy is and you are way off, it's way above 90% occupied.

Definitely agree with you about the cracks in the paint, my unit has cracks in the paint all around the front door! And the shower has two knobs that say 'hot'...duh!
