Do not rent a unit on Waverly Court! The model unit we were shown was definitely not the unit we moved into. The stove is a relic from the 1970s and the garbage disposal was broken when we moved in. We had to call twice before it got fixed. The exterior upkeep on our street is disgraceful. There is a commercial-sized dumpster outside our door overflowing with trash with broken refrigerators and stoves piled up next to it that have been there for ages. People here do not walk their dogs on a leash, and we constantly hear our neighbor's dog barking through our paper-thin bedroom wall. My husband and I went to the management on four separate occasions to explain how the barking was waking us up in the middle of the night and we were basically told we were on our own. The common laundry area is disgusting. I haven't seen the 2 or 3-bedroom units but our 1-bedroom unit was definitely not worth the money. I feel sick every time I have to turn in my rent check. My husband and I cannot wait until our lease is up!!

I live here too and agree that the kitchen is totally from the '70's. Vintage yellow appliances, anyone? Laminate floors and what's up with the bathroom "vanity"? The model looks NOTHING like the actual place you move into! Prospective renter's: BEWARE!!!!!!
