As my title goes, it is certainly a shame, because this place has SO much potential, but Morgan Properties are cheap, and as they raise the tenants rates WELL ABOVE the means of what most people who live in apartments can afford, where does that money go' The landscaping is atrocious, if you take your shoe and push up on the grass that was supposively mowed, you'll see that it stands straight up, and it was NEVER cut. They charge you an extra dollar amount for new kitchens...really' Considering the kitchens that are in there now are from the original date this place was built' It should be a part of the upgrading of the community...not to be pulled out of their tenants pockets. Let's see, they have a gym, for a yearly fee...Also, lets talk about how well lit this place really is. If I walk down my path to where I live, I would never know if someone was following me, or hiding behind a bush as the light on the building just doesn't work. Do they come to fix it' No. Winter is a joke as well. I have pictures of my sidewalk COVERED in ice as I was leaving for work, luckily I didn't slip and fall, but it should have been taken care of way before the actually dethawing by Mother Nature. Really, if you are going to raise my rent to almost $170.00 more a month maybe you should prove to me why this place is really worth that' From what I can tell, this place is falling apart, and it needs to be addressed ASAP. Don't fall into the trap of the other apartment complexes that run to the ground.
