This has the lousiest management I have ever come across and the quality of the apartments is not too far behind on the 'lousiness' scale. The rents are at least 50% more than what they deserve to be. Be prepared to get ripped off on heating and cooling costs - I wonder if the walls here have any insulation at all. Parking is a BIG problem unless, god forbid, you happen to have a disability and can get a reserved parking. Be prepared to walk upto 200m for laundry (certainly not fun in winter) and good luck in finding a washer/dryer that works and does not damage your clothes.

I live there 2 years ago and hated it. Horrible management is right! When we left, they wanted $900 in damages from us. Management misplaced our move-in report! During our year there, management changed 4 times and the manager that we dealt with when moving out exclaimed that it wasn't his problem that they didn't keep the report!! I'm not kidding!! During the year, our washer went, they fixed a hole on the wall ( that was there when we moved in) and had to repair the heating/air conditioning 3 times! This place makes me sick! Stay away!!!....and if you check the place out anyways, don't let the pre-decorated model home fool you!
