I've been renting this property for some time now and am extremely happy here. The apartment is very modern (just redone in Sept. of '08) and my neighbors are very friendly. There are laundry facilities in the basement and a parking space for each apartment (4 in building). In front of the building is a convenience store - the gentleman who runs the store is very nice and always willing to help out if you need anything.
The property managers are incredible - by far the best I've had. If you are away traveling, they check on your apartment while you're gone to make sure everything is safe. They are constantly working to ensure the safety of all tenants whether it be installing more smoke detectors or putting in peep holes. They have been absolutely wonderful.
The unit is located across the street from a small park and is surrounded by other residential units as well as some businesses. A five minute walk can take you to a drug store, numerous hair salons, a photography studio, and gas station. It is convenient to most everything.
I can truly say that my apartment has become a home, not just a place where I store myself and my things. Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7
