I saw many negative reviews lately but I have no idea why.

The rent is a tad high for the area given the sq ft of the rooms, but it is in an excellent location. The maintenace is excellent whenever I have a problem.

The best part is the staff. They have always gone way out of their way to help us with packages, etc.

The hotel type format is not 100% ideal. I would perfer my own entry way or at least a small shared one, but all in all I am very happy here and do not plan to move in the near future.

There are no insects (on third floor) that I have ever seen. The hot water and water pressure are an constant minor annoyance but one I can live with.

I got a unit with in house washer and dryer and I am very very happy I did.
