I have been a resident of Executive House for approx. 1 year. Personally, I have not had a bad experience but I must say that I am glad to see a new ownership change. It seems that before the change was made; there was a definite loss of interest and service on the staff's part. The new manager and maintenance man are very helpful, friendly and eager to solve your problems. I have heard some complaints about the laundry room from other neighbors but what they fail to realize is that this was something that the prior ownership should have taken care of for us but they didn't. From what I understand, the new ownership is supplying us with brand new washers and dryers for our laundry room - this is certainly a nice Holiday gift. I have nothing but good things to say about Executive House and the new staff.
