I have been a resident here for six months now. Prior to the new management maitenance would "pretend" to fix a probelm, not they get fixed. In addition, the current management has been nothing but nice. I had a problem with a dryer and she rectified right then. She is very proactive and excited about our new washers and dryers coming in december. As for the "smell" of curry or anything else along that line, enjoy diversity not gripe about it. As for maitenance, he is very dependable and hard working. He has fixed anything that was needed in a timely fashion.
